Terms and Conditions.
- Main Terms
1.1. These purchase and sale terms (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) define mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities of person purchasing goods from online store www.globalstoreshop.eu (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”) and SIA JDAA (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”). Buyer agrees to these Terms when purchasing goods from online store.
2. Conclusion of Purchase and Sale Contract
2.1. Purchase and sale contract between Buyer and Seller is considered concluded when Buyer completes shopping cart, provides delivery address, chooses payment method, confirms that they have read these Terms, and clicks “Order” button in online store. Contract remains valid until all obligations arising from it are fully fulfilled. If Buyer does not agree with all or part of Terms, they are obliged not to order goods.
3. Seller’s Rights
3.1. If Buyer attempts to damage operation or stability of online store or violates their obligations, Seller may, without prior notice, restrict or terminate (cancel) their ability to use online store. Seller is not responsible for any losses incurred by Buyer as a result.
3.2. Seller has right to suspend operation of online store for a specific or indefinite period without prior notice. Seller is not responsible for any losses incurred by Buyer due to this.
3.3. Seller has right to unilaterally amend these Terms by announcing changes on online store website. Changes take effect immediately for all transactions made after announcement.
3.4. Seller holds other rights as provided by legal acts of Republic of Latvia.
4. Seller’s Obligations
4.1. Seller commits to taking all measures to provide Buyer with proper use of services provided by online store. Seller does not guarantee that online store will operate continuously or that data transmission will be error-free. Seller is not responsible for any Buyer’s losses related to malfunctions of online store or data transmission errors.
4.2. If Seller cannot deliver ordered goods due to important circumstances, they commit to offering analogous goods. If Buyer refuses to accept analogous goods, Seller commits to refunding money paid by Buyer within 14 working days. In this case, Seller is not responsible for failure to deliver goods.
4.3. Seller commits to comply with other obligations stated in these Terms.
5. Buyer’s Rights
5.1. Buyer has right to purchase goods from online store in accordance with these Terms and legal acts of Republic of Latvia.
5.2. Buyer (user) has right to withdraw from contract concluded with Seller for purchase and sale of goods in online store by notifying Seller in writing within 14 calendar days from date of delivery of goods. Buyer has right to withdraw from contract only if goods are of good quality, undamaged, and have not been altered visually.
5.3. Buyer holds other rights provided by these Terms and legal acts of Republic of Latvia.
6. Buyer’s Obligations
6.1. Buyer is obliged to pay for goods and delivery, as well as other charges (if indicated at time of concluding contract, such as return fees) and to accept goods. Buyer pays for goods using electronic payment methods specified on globalstoreshop.eu or in cash upon delivery when goods are delivered by an authorized courier service representative.
6.2. If there are changes to data provided in Buyer’s registration form, Buyer is obliged to update them immediately.
6.3. Buyer must confirm payment order in their online bank as directed from online store. chosen goods are reserved, and Seller begins to execute purchase-sale agreement only after receiving a confirmation from Buyer’s bank of completed payment.
6.4. Buyer must sign payment receipt with authorized representative of delivery service and provide exact amount payable for goods and delivery.
6.5. Buyer is obliged to comply with requirements of Terms and legal acts of Republic of Latvia.
7. General Responsibility
7.1. Buyer is responsible for accuracy of data provided in registration form. Buyer assumes responsibility for consequences arising from any incorrect or inaccurate data provided in registration form.
7.2. For any breaches of purchase-sale contract concluded in online store, parties are responsible in accordance with legal acts of Republic of Latvia.
7.3. Buyer must not disclose their login data for online store, must store it securely, and ensure that it is known only to them and used only by them. If there are suspicions that someone else might know login data, Buyer must immediately notify Seller.
7.4. Seller is not responsible for information provided on other companies’ websites, even if Buyer accesses those sites through links provided in Seller’s online store.
7.5. Seller is not responsible for discrepancies in colors, shapes, or other parameters of goods as displayed on online store due to specific viewing characteristics of Buyer’s internet display.
7.6. responsible party compensates other party for any direct losses incurred.
8. Personal Data Processing
8.1. By clicking “Order” button, Buyer confirms that they and their representatives (if applicable) agree to provide personal data to Seller and have no objections to Seller using personal data for identification, contract conclusion, and execution, as well as for direct marketing purposes.
8.2. By ordering goods, Buyer confirms that they and their representatives are informed about their rights to access, correct, or delete personal data.
9. Information Sending
9.1. Seller sends all notifications to Buyer’s email address provided in registration form.
9.2. Buyer sends all notifications and inquiries via contact phone number or email address specified in Seller’s online store.
10. Product Returns
In event that purchase contract is terminated in accordance with section 5.2, Buyer is obliged to return product to Seller either in person or through a delivery service. Buyer must provide a bank account for refund; if none is provided and product was purchased using online banking services, money will be refunded to account from which payment was made. After product is returned, Buyer will receive refund within 14 business days via bank transfer.
11. Delivery Terms
11.1. Delivery is carried out through parcel machines available when placing order.
11.2. Delivery takes place within 2-14 days after receiving payment.
12. Final Provisions
12.1. Buyer and Seller agree that all information provided on Seller’s online store website is presented in writing.
12.2. Any disputes arising from purchase-sale contract will be resolved through negotiations or, if an agreement cannot be reached, in accordance with legal acts of Republic of Latvia.
